Output: a written report with prioritised findings and a practical roadmap.
Typical duration: 1 to 2 weeks
Access, Security and Governance Baseline
A scoped project to fix the foundations.
Covers MFA and identity hardening, admin role review, access clean-up, security baseline configuration, SharePoint and Teams access structure, and governance standards.
Output: a cleaner, better-secured environment with documentation.
Typical duration: 2 to 6 weeks
Workflow and Operational Improvement
For businesses where the security baseline is reasonable but day-to-day operations still create friction.
Covers onboarding and offboarding workflows, access request processes, recurring admin task automation, and selected Power Automate flows.
Output: more consistent operations, less manual admin, documented processes.
Typical duration: 2 to 6 weeks
Quarterly Governance Retainer
Not a support contract. A structured ongoing relationship covering governance and review.
Each quarter includes a posture and access review, workflow review, written recommendations, and limited scoped follow-up work. Anything larger is quoted separately.
Excludes end-user support, helpdesk, break/fix, and general IT administration.
